Brand new LE Monaro 14 inch rims for sale on ebay

One of the main problems when restoring a LE Monaro is trying to source dress rims, especially brand new ones.

Luckily there’s a company in the United States that sells what I think are reproduction units on ebay. I haven’t bought them so I’m not 100% sure if they’ll fit ok, but might be worth a shot!

I also bought some brand new centre caps for about $100 last year. I use a company called www.myus.com where I ship the products I buy from eBay or Amazon to them in the United States and then they on-ship them to me in Australia. It does look like these sellers will ship to Australia so it might be cheaper to go with direct shipping from them.

Hope this helps!

  1. For some years now I have LE build number 277 and am trying to complete an owners history of my car.
My LE was one of 2 sold in Orange NSW by Camerons and I have maintained it in original condition as much as possible.
The ownership history piece I am missing is it has a Nathan Troy Motors ( no longer exists) of Lidcome in Sydney sticker on the rear window.
It was sold to a Pat from Dubbo by a person called Joe who lived somewhere in the Parramatta Sydney area and had other muscle cars apparently.
The original number plate was HYW 333 and by RMS records it is now on a 1973 Green Falcon.
I have all the other owners history but Joe (surname unknown) and Nathan Troy Motors part has eluded me.
Can anyone assist me in my search.
I hope to have it complete history at the Monaro Nationals in Penrith NSW in October 2016.
Is the an LE register or LE web site?
